Think of the DaDirt site like a farmer’s garden. It is prone to (Russian & Chinese) rodents (but we do our best to poison the heck out of em…still critters are critters)
Like a garden I can go hoe the weeds without getting in the truck (think email server in the basement…THAT never got ANYONE we know in trouble right?)
15 minutes of rural (all too frequent) power outage, a single cut fiber, ice storm or whatever and the e-garden (this bit here) is in for a world of hurt.
NOW Allen Family Farms .com on WestILMall.com is NOT DaDirty little black box so when we go farm (virtual or real) we pull out the big honking trucks, tractors and pro gear.
But still to plant a garden on a box in the sticks and get anything to grow in face of some rather limited seed choices on a budget (Hay you are getting operational intelligence at the farm gate source for free) does require a few MAD SKILLS and sometimes just a bit of madness to try.
